What is the processing and delivery time?

All orders are processed within 2-3 days after they are received. For any special orders or special sizes, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks processing time.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of order date, accompanied by a sales receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

How do I make a return?

Please contact customer service if you need to return an item at [email protected]. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

Do you offer Gift Packaging?

Yes. All purchases will be wrapped in our Elizé® packaging.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. Unfortunately, once it has shipped, you will need to return the order if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Do you allow special orders?

Yes, we are here to help. Please contact our customer service at [email protected]  and we will do our best to help you get the item you are looking for. All special orders, which is any item not currently sold on the website, are final sale.

What Credit Cards do you take?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

No, not at this time.
