Return Policy


We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund or exchange within 14 days of order date, accompanied by a sales receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

Conditions to Apply for a Change or Return

  • No refund requests will be accepted after 14 days for any reason.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We’ll refund only to the same payment method from where the customer originally paid.
  • Refund will be executed after the receipt of the product.
  • Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
  • After we sent the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to 14 business days to be reflected on your account statement.
