ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed between first 24 to 48 hours after customer purchase. Customer will receive an email once the order is processed. One order that contain more than one product can be processed on different times.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel an order during first 24 hours after the purchase. Customer cancellation will be reflected as a refund during next 14 days. The speed of bank processing may vary from country to country due to slower infrastructures, more stringent regulations, or fraud prevention processes.

An order cannot be canceled after 24 hours since the shipping may already take place. In this case the product should be returned under our Return Policy www.elizedesigns.com/return-policy .
